We thought the accommodation was great. As the hotel is built on a hill we had a beautiful view out of our balcony room. Also our balcony room was very quiet. The hotel itself is relatively new and very modern.
All the pillows were too high - they did not have lower pillows in the rooms.
I loved the rooms excellent design
The exceptional friendly greeting (young lady). Every staff member I approached by phone or in person was friendly and helpful. I needed breakfast at short notice due to being unwell and it was delivered within 10 mins! Fantastic effort. Thank you everyone
I had a function to go to at Woolwich Dock on Friday night, 10th June, and found it quite convenient to the function Room was very comfortable and well presented. The only complaint is I found the shower a bit cramped.
The room set up was excellent. Plus we finally had some well cooked bacon with breakfast. Just about every hotel we have stayed in previously has horrible bacon and it is a real sticking point for my husband as bizarre as that sounds.
Nothing, it was convienet to where we needed to be, plenty of parking etc
The view of the Harbour was great to wake up to everyday!
Location was further from Sydney than I expected.
It's very nice and clean, and I like the colour and interior design. Well done!
standard rooms are too small compared to other hotels.
Room was very clean only small but had everything we needed for a quick stay.
The meal at the Cafe attached was very poor I would not eat there again.YUK
The staff are always very friendly and willing to help in anyway. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice relaxed vibe and feel to them.
There was an incident outside the hotel when I escorted my friend out of the hotel. There were 3 druken youths who after I had put my friend on the bus abused me and were quite rude, The staf I believe should have called the police as I am of the understanding that some tried to gain access to the hotel.
the beds are so good!
Our dinner service tray was left outside our roomd for two days. We put it our friday night and it was still there when we checked out sunday morning. Not very hygenic as the hotel was warm and there was food on the plates - including fish
Very modern hotel with lovely cafe in the ground floor for breakfast
20 dollars for overnight parking was expensive.
Private, comfortable, clean, modern, handy position to Sydney city and North Shore shopping and international food only a short taxi trip away. Really handy to Royal North Shore Hospital.
Simple meals are expensive there.
The staff at Hotel St Leonards makes us feel special. The meals we consumed were tasteful and beautifully prepared and presented. This hotel suits us because of its closeness to RNSH which we have to visit periodically. The room itself is comfortable and well maintained.
Stayed in standard room which offered good value .Room presentation was excellent no complaints here.Staff were very friendly and provided good service without pomposity.
Foyer lounge area seating very uncomfortable. Whilst "background" music was ok it was far too loud. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment had to send meal back and did not order any other meals at the hotel. If you cant poach an egg you cant cook a quality meal.
Front desk and resaurant staff were seriously substandard
Only feature - near the hospital
